The school is operated by Options for Education, a 501 (c) 3 not for profit corporation. The Board of Trustees is the legal governing body for the corporation. The board consists of 7-11 voting members. More than a third of the board members are parents of current Toddy Pond School students. At least two board members are not current Toddy Pond School parents.
